What personal data we collect

Google Analytics

https://www.betcontent.be makes use of Google Analytics to study non-personal identifiable information about the traffic about the site. This includes the country visitors reside in when they visit the site, age categories of users, time spent on different pages, etc.

https://www.betcontent.be uses this information to identify the strong and weak points of the site and to make the necessary adjustments. No attempt is made to use the data provided by Google Analytics to identify the visitors to the site.

Google Analytics mainly uses first-party cookies to report on visitor (aka user) interactions on Google Analytics customers’ websites. Users may disable cookies or delete any individual cookie. Google Analytics also collects Internet Protocol (IP) addresses to provide and protect the security of the service, and to give website owners a sense of which country, state, or city in the world their users come from (also known as “IP geolocation”).

Google provides a browser add-on allowing users to prevent their data from being used by Google Analytics.

Contact form

When visitors of the site make use of the contact form, they have to enter their name and email address. These are only used to be able to reply to the visitor’s query. The user will not be contacted further beyond this scope and the gathered information will not be used for any marketing purposes.

Should a user still wish their data is removed completely from our records, they can simply use the contact form at the bottom of this page to formulate this request. We will then confirm the processing of the request as soon as possible and delete all information of said visitor within 60 minutes of this confirmation.

Terms of use

Sample work

BetContent may for bigger assignments provide a small part of that assignment free of charge as a sample. This sample serves to show the quality and style of work to determine if it is to the liking of the client. Such a sample will be 10% of the complete assignment at most. BetContent reserves the right to not provide this service at its own disretion, however.

Payments

BetContent will invoice its provided services by the end of the month following the performed services at the latest. The client is to fulfill payment within a maximum delay of three calendar weeks.

Quality of service and feedback

BetContent strives to always provide high quality work. Clients are free to give their feedback at any time. Small edits will be provided free of charge, while significant edits may incur an additional cost. This additional cost will be communicated to the customer in advance, before the editing is performed. BetContent will at its sole discretion determine what is considered a small edit and what is considered a significant edit.

When a client is unsatisfied with the delivered work, BetContent will strive to rectify the work to the needs of the client. Multiple complaints in this regard however may indicate that BetContent is not a good match for said client. In that scenario, further rectifications serve little purpose. When the client remains unsatisfied with the work done, BetContent will offer a 20% discount on the provided work to the client but refuse any subsequent work from said client. Agreeing with this discount entails the client declares to be in agreement with the handling of the situation and waves any right to further legal action.

Lack of satisfaction does not give the customer a right to non-payment.

Liability

Although BetContent will strive to deliver content that is accurate, it is not liable for any damages that may occur when this may not be the case.

Disagreements and juridical steps

When any disagreement occurs, it is preferable that both parties work out an arrangement that pleases both parties. Should any juridical proceedings never the less be conducted, these can only take place in the courts of Flanders, Belgium.
